My Application:

Q: What is the best way to apply to Greiner Bio-One? 

A: You can only apply via our online careers portal at This is the only way that we will be able to process your application. Please fill in all of the fields. You are welcome to upload additional application documents (e.g. resume, cover letter, references) along with your career history into the online form. You need to complete all of the steps and click on “submit” when finished. If any field is left blank, it will appear as a “no” answer or be incomplete. It is important to understand that incomplete applications may eliminate you from consideration. Please make sure that you have all of your information ready before you begin the application process. This will include names and dates regarding education, previous work experience and references.

Q: Can I only apply for specific positions, or do you also accept general applications?

A: Due to government contracts for our product, we must follow AAP regulations. All applications must be submitted through our application tracking system, and must be for specific job openings. We cannot accept any general applications.

Q: Can I apply for more than one position? 

A: Yes, you can use the account you created to apply for new openings at any time. Most of your information will pre-fill on subsequent applications.  Please upload a resume for each new application. You will receive an email confirmation for each application submitted. 

Q: How can I be certain that my application has been submitted successfully? 

A: Once your application has been submitted, you will automatically receive confirmation of receipt by email.  Due to the large volume of applications received, we are unable to answer calls related to the status of your application.

Q: I have forgotten my username/password. What can I do? 

A: From the Candidate Self Service screen, you can click on “Forgot User Name” or “Forgot Password”. Enter the email address you used when creating the account. 

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: The best way to reset your password is to go to

  • Click on “Forgot Password” in the Candidate Self-Service section. It will take you to another page where you will enter your email address 
  • Click on “Send Password”.
  • Pull up the email account that you used, and look for an incoming message from gbosentricnet. The message will have a Temporary Password.
  • Log back in to Sentric and type in your Username and that Temporary Password under Password. It will immediately give you a message in red that says that your Temporary Password expired, and to create a new one. 
  • Enter that Temporary Password again where it says to enter Old Password, and then create a new one that you want to use and type it under New Password.
  • Retype the New Password again to confirm it. Make sure that it is at least 8 characters long, and contains at least one Upper Case Letter, one Smaller Case Letter, one Number, and one Symbol.

Q: Can I withdraw/make changes to my application? 

A: Yes. Log back into your account and make any necessary changes.   

The application process: 

Q: What happens after I have submitted my online application? 

A: A member of our HR team will review your application. At the preselection stage, the skills and competencies listed on your application/resume will be compared against our job description. We will determine if you have successfully passed the preselection stage.  

Q: How many rounds of interviews are there? Who will be present at the interviews? 

A: If you successfully pass the preselection stage, we may call you for an initial phone interview so that we can learn more about you and your career history and give you the chance to get a better insight into our company and the job advertised. In most cases, there will be two rounds of interviews before any job offers are made. Present at the interview may be potential future colleagues, the department supervisor/manager and/or the relevant recruiter.  

Q: What happens in an interview at Greiner Bio-One? 

A: We will ask you questions to get a good impression of your skills, competencies and experience to determine if you are a good match for our business needs. We will be looking for dialogue, and inviting you to ask any important questions you may have, too. You may also be asked to demonstrate job skills for the position.

Q: What happens after the interview? 

A: At the end of the interview, the manager may tell you a time frame within which you will receive feedback and be informed of the next step.  

After the interview:

Q: What happens if I do not get the job? 

A: If you have been interviewed, but not selected, we will contact you via email to give you feedback once a final decision has been made. 

Q: What happens if I am offered a job? 

A: We will contact you by telephone to arrange a time for pre-employment testing and completion of payroll processes.
