Greiner Bio-One North America, Inc. (“GBO NA”) may collect, use and share personal information about California residents. This notice reflects GBO NA’s compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).
This notice applies only to personal information included within the scope of the CCPA. By accessing or using our website and/or submitting your information to us, you understand and consent to GBO NA’s collection and use of your personal information as described herein.

GBO NA may collect personal information about you when you provide it to us, we observe it from your actions, you authorize us to obtain it from third parties, or we obtain it from publicly available sources. By way of example only, GBO NA collects information that you provide when you access our websites, submit information through contact forms, attend our webinars, inquire about or purchase products from us, reach out to us on social media sites, apply for a job with GBO NA and related to your employment with GBO NA, and when you elect to receive news or updates from us.

GBO NA may collect the following categories of personal information: your name; contact information including home or work address, email address, and telephone number; job title and organization information; information on your government-issued identification forms or other forms of identification; usernames and passwords for our websites; age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical conditions, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy or childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, veteran or military status, genetic information; internet activity or network activity related to your use of our websites; information generated by your visiting our websites; your marketing communication preferences; your preferences concerning our emails, including, but not limited to marketing emails; participation in our events; financial institution account or credit card information; health related and healthcare information; information related to billing and payment history; professional or employment-related information including employment history; education history; curriculum vitae; professional memberships; or the information we automatically collect through cookies including, but not limited to, information about your computer or mobile device, IP address, and location information.
You may also provide us with other categories of personal information that may be collected.

GBO NA uses the personal information we collect solely as permitted by law, including for business purposes such as: the delivery of our products or services; servicing transactions and accounts; to provide warranty service and products to you; to provide information to you related to our products; for our internal operation purposes; to facilitate your use of our website and improve its performance; registering and providing you with access to events we host and marketing offers; fee collection; communicating with you for marketing purposes; considering you for employment; recruiting and employing you; providing you with post-employment information; and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Sharing Your Personal Information
GBO NA does not sell your personal information. The personal information we collect may be shared with our service providers to assist us in providing you information, products, and services, including, but not limited to, logistics providers, payment processors, marketing partners, web hosting service providers, cloud storage providers, financial institutions, event partners, and employment and employment benefits consultants. Our service providers are not permitted to share, sell or otherwise use your information outside of their relationship with us. You may also authorize us to share personal information with other third parties.
6. CCPA Right to Know and Right to Deletion
As a California resident, you have the right to request that GBO NA disclose what personal information we collect, use, and disclose. The CCPA also gives you the right to request that GBO NA delete personal information we have collected from you. Please note that there may be certain circumstances under which we are not able to honor your request, such as an active relationship between us pursuant to which we are providing you with products or services.

Failure to provide sufficient information will result in our inability to respond to your request. If you are making a request through an authorized agent, we will need to verify your agent’s identity as well, and their written authorization to act on your behalf.
GBO NA will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA.
