The positive results of the satisfaction survey conducted by Greiner Bio-One attest not only to the quality of the product solutions offered, but also to the relationship of trust that the company has built up with its customers.
In 2023, Greiner Bio-One conducted a customer satisfaction survey. A total of 79 laboratories and hospitals were questioned and given the opportunity to express their opinion of the company. This is of paramount importance to Greiner Bio-One, as customer orientation is at the heart of its values. Its aim is to provide the best products and solutions adapted to customers' needs, and to identify perfectly how to help them on a daily basis, hence the relevance of this approach.
The results of this survey are extremely satisfying, as the infographics above illustrate.
