Job Title:            

Spray Dosage Technician

Responsibility:

·   Lead the activities to ensure dosage equipment and peripherals are in top mechanical shape and are capable of performance to meet Quality Standards

·   Assist in Maintaining SOP’s, Forms, and Checklist’s for all  dosage equipment and validate the information contained bi-yearly

·   Schedule and Document Preventive Maintenance Of Dosage Equipment

·   Spare Part Organization and Accuracy – Receipts, Cycle Counts, and Issues in ERP System

·   Weekend Removal of Dosage Equipment, Cleaning and Setup.

·   Update Equipment Usage and Cycles

·   Communication to Maintenance and Technical Staff

·   Promote Teamwork, maintain positive work environment and work relation to other departments.

·   Comply with established guidelines per ISO/GMP

 

Authority, :

 

·   Perform Transaction in ERP System

·   Cycle Counts of Spare Parts

·   Cleaning and Preventive Maintenance Dosage Equip.

·   Trouble Shooting of Dosage Equipment in Production.

·   Update Dosage Tracking Records

 

Job Requirements:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

          

·   High School Diploma/Technical School

·   Technical Mechanical Thought Process

·   Ability to learn specific technical processes within probation period

·   Computer Skills Including Microsoft Office.

·   Verbal Communication Skills-Presentation Skills

·   Skilled in Root Cause Analysis – Problem Solving – Analytical Skills

·   Knowledge of Continuous Improvement

·   Experienced in Maintaining and Tracking Equipment Performance

·   Ability to Promote Team Work Environment

·   Must pass exam/qualification test

Physical Requirements:

·   Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours

·   Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs

·   Must have appropriate vision to read schematics and blue prints, additionally to perform detailed machine and quality inspections.

·    Must be able to perform duties in limited spaces.
