Addendum for United Kingdom (UK)

Since the UK has left the EU on January 31st 2020, the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is – during the transition period and as far as apparent up to now after December 31st 2020 - retained in UK domestic law (=UK-GDPR). Therefore, UK is committed to maintaining the high standards of data protection. Companies which process personal data are responsible for complying with the requirements of UK-GDPR. Insofar as the UK-GDPR is applicable to data processing activities, the information and (data subject) rights set out here apply in accordance with the UK-GDPR.
