Bringing qPCR and Thermal Shift Assays (TSA) to a new level – New solutions to scale up to 1536-Well formats
qPCR and TSA are technologies increasingly used in drug discovery. Today, the use of both technologies in high throughput screening are constraint by absence of appropriate ultra-high throughput formats. Greiner Bio-One presents a 1536 well plate here at Analytica, that opens the door for further miniaturization fuelling the efficacy and impact of qPCR and TSA in drug discovery.
This Greiner Talk will present our new 1536 well plate and the data of it’s successful use in an industrial drug screening campaign, by a leading pharmaceutical company.

Tecan x Greiner Bio-One: Automated spheroid production by magnetic cell assembly for reproducible HTS applications
Magnetic 3D Cell Culture is an innovative approach to 3D cell culture. A magnetic nanoparticle assembly, the biocompatible Nanoshuttle, is used to magnetize cells and aggregate them quickly into spheroids by magnetic forces. This method offers multiple benefits, such as enhanced uniformity of spheroids, scalability up to 1536 wells, compatibility with automation, and high-resolution imaging.
This Greiner Talk presents you how to utilize Magnetic 3D to enable automation and optimal imaging conditions using flat surfaces with Tecan as the automation partner. You will also learn how to automate spheroid formation, automation for monitoring/QC of spheroid formation, and simplify and automate drug screening experiments.
