Terms & Conditions – Win a Dozen Doughnuts

This competition is a temporary competition by Greiner Bio-One Ltd, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, GL10 3XG, [email protected] (the "Promoter"). Participation in the competition is subject exclusively the Terms and Conditions stated here.

1. The opening date for entries is 4th March 2026.

2. A winner will be chosen at the end of each calendar month for the duration of the special offer.

3. Non-winners will be rolled over to the following month's draw.

4. Maximum doughnut value per month is £40.

5. Doughnuts will only be delivered to UK addresses.

5. Closing date for entries is 31st December 2026.

6. Winners will be notified as follows: By email or in person within 5 days of the competition closing date.

7. The winner will be drawn using a random number generator with the first entry received being no.1 and so on.

8. Pizza will not be delivered to a home address unless this is a stated place of work.

9. There is no substitute cash prize.

10. The name of the winner and residing country will be available upon request to the ASA. This is to comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing.

11. The Promoter alone is responsible for operating the competition and determining the winner. This competition is not connected to any social media platform and is not sponsored, supported or organised in any way by it.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate and/or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. Employees, authorised representatives, legal successors and representatives of the Promoter and their families are excluded from participation. Participation in the competition is free of charge, voluntary and not contingent upon the purchase of goods and services from the Promoter. No minimum sale applies. Multiple entries are permissible. 

13. If there is reason to suspect that Terms and Conditions have been breached or false, fraudulent or other invalid or inadmissible information has been provided or that technical manipulation has been attempted in order to influence participation, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition and from the competition. In the event of exclusion from the competition, the prize may be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

14. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for indirect or direct losses, whatever the legal basis, which arise or could arise in connection with participation in the competition, the acceptance and use of the prize or failure to contact the winner. Furthermore, the Promoter shall not bear any costs that the participant may incur or could incur in connection with participation in the competition, or the acceptance and use of the prize. The Promoter also assumes no liability for data loss, in particular during data transmission and as a result of technical defects. The Promoter shall not be generally liable for the correctness of information as a whole, in particular if this has been altered or distorted by errors, transmission losses, interventions by third parties or force majeure. The participant shall not be entitled to redress, compensation or other claims against the Promoter. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties and liability in connection with the prizes awarded.

15. Should an individual provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. In its place, an appropriate provision shall be made which comes as close as possible to the purpose of the invalid provision. In the event of legal disputes, the law of the United Kingdom shall apply exclusively. Application of the conflict of laws rules of the IPRG and the application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. E&OE.

16. Upon voluntary provision of their personal data, following notification of a prize by the Promoter, the participant expressly agrees to the processing of their personal data (name, email address, address) for the operation of the competition by the Promoter. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Promoter. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until withdrawal.

17. Consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide this data will not have any adverse or other consequences for you; in particular, there are no legal or contractual obligations to provide this consent. If your personal data is not provided, you will not be able to participate in the competition or receive a prize.
Your personal data (name, email address, address) will be stored by us until the time of the transmission of the prize by post or in accordance with the statutory retention periods.
