Product Modification - VACUETTE® Super-T Packaging

The new Medical Device Regulation (MDR – Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 5, 2017) will come into force starting May 26, 2021. In order to prepare for this we have reviewed our labels and shelf boxes.

With regards to the new regulation, the VACUETTE® Super-T Disposable Tourniquet (item n° 840056) will be changed as follows:

• MD symbol will be added on inner and outer packaging
• “avoid direct sunlight” symbol will be added on inner and outer packaging
• additional modification: pull-out opening of shelfbox will be changed to standard opening on top
  Please note that these adjustments will be implemented starting with LOT F210134U.
