Greiner Bio-One UK Achieves Disability Confident Level 2
After beginning our journey at Level 1 in 2024 with a focus on making our workplace as inclusive as possible, we were proud to achieve 'Confident' status in May 2025. Our overriding aim is to ensure equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of disability, visible or invisible and to reach level 3 by the end of the year.
What is Disability Confident?
Disability Confident is a UK Government supported initiative designed to help employers attract, retain, and support disabled employees, creating more inclusive and accessible workplaces.
The scheme goes beyond compliance—it encourages continuous improvement, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered. Being Disability Confident is a chance to take the lead, demonstrating a commitment to disability inclusion within your organisation and community.
